Seven Srilankan fishermen who were arrested along with a mechanised boat yesterday in India released after brief inspection process, Director General of Fisheries M.C.L.Fernando said. He said the fishermen were returning to Sri Lanka after days of high sea fishing in international waters where they were detained briefly by Indian Coast Guard for suspecion of poaching.
