Carlos E. Orlando- Ambassador of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, Parakhat H. Durdyev- Ambassador of the Republic of Turkmenistan, Gyula Petho - Ambassador of the Hungary, Zozef Drofenik- Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia, Niankoro Yeah Samake- Ambassador of the Republic of Mali, Jagdishwar Goburdhun- High Commissioner of Mauritius, Wan Zaidi Bin Wan Abdullah - High Commissioner of Malaysia were the new envoys.
