Residents of Batticaloa today (Apr 22) decided to shut all shopes in the area as a mark of respect to the victims who had died in yesterday's tragedy.
Meanwhile, black flags were also put on display across the Batticaloa area in rememberence of the lives lost during eight explosions which had took place yesterday.
