Six Indian fishermen who had been poaching in Sri Lankan waters have been arrested today (Jul 12).
A medical test will be conducted on the fishermen before handing them over to the Jaffna Fisheries Inspectors Office for legal action, Navy noted.
A Sri Lankan man was apprehended at Suvarnabhumi airport for attempting to smuggle wildlife out of the country after three ball pythons were found hidden in his underwear, the Bangkok post reported.
