Parliamentarians of the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) protested outside the Central Bank today against the controversial Treasury Bond issue and the Central Bank Governor, Arjuna Mahendran. The MPs demanded his removal and that legal action against CB Governor Mahendran be taken while shouting slogans surrounding the Central Bank. SLFP leading parliamentarians including Opposition Leader Nimal Siripala De Silva, Mahindananda Aluthgamage, Kumara Welgama, Bandula Gunawardene, John Senevirathne, Lakshman Yapa Abegunawardene, Vinayagamurthi Muralidaran, Ranjith Siyambalapitiya, Janaka Bandara Thennakoon, Gamini Lokuge, Namal Rajapakse and T.
