The Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC) has been ordered to appear before the Appeal Court on November 16 following a petition submitted by a SAITM graduate.
On January 30 last year, the Appeal Court ordered the SLMC to register the graduate.
However, the graduate has once again filed a petition claiming that the SLMC had insulted the judiciary by not doing so.
