SLPP hands over list of National List MPs
The Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) has handed over to the Election Commission its list of nominees to fill the 17 National List seats it has been allocated in Parliament.
Accordingly, the party's National List MPs in the 9th Parliament will be as follows: Prof. G.L. Peiris, Sagara Kariyawasam, Ajith Nivard Cabraal, Ali Sabry PC, Jayantha Weerasinghe PC, Manjula Dissanayake, Prof. Ranjith Bandara, Prof. Charitha Herath, Gevindu Kumaratunga, Mohamed Mussammil, Prof. Tissa Vitarana, Yadamini Gunawardena, Dr Suren Raghavan, Tiran Alles, Dr Seetha Arambepola, Jayantha Ketagoda and Mohamed Faleel Marjan.
