The Chairman, Board of Directors, representatives of the management and unions of Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT) and Mobitel recently handed over a cheque to the value of Rs. 50 million to President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat as a donation to the COVID-19 Health and Social Security Fund.
In addition to this cash donation, the group has come forward to pioneer and lead numerous technological solutions exceeding Rs. 350 million in value, in order to help restart economic activities in key sectors of the country, SLT said in a media release.
