Sri Lanka Transport Board (SLTB) employees who are currently engaged in a strike are expected to meet the Prime Minister's Secretary today (Jun 13).
The strike had been launched citing that the salaries of employees had not been increased in par with their service promotions.
The SLTB workers are also slated to meet Transport Minister Arjuna Ranatunga in a bid to resolve their issues.
They had met with State Transport Minister Ashok Abeysinghe yesterday.
