A special commitee which was appointed to probe into into the unruly scenes that were witnessed in Parliament will commence investigations today (Dec 18).
The committee will carry out investigations by utilizing the CCTV footage linked to the incident.
Deputy Speaker Ananda Kumarasiri said that the footage would be examined by two MPs of the committee at a time.
It was also announced that the committee would continue to carry out extensive investigations in this regard.
