A special police operation will get underway from July 05 to arrest drunk drivers, Police Spokesman Ruwan Gunasekara said.
The operation will be carried out in Colombo and its suburbs, Mr. Gunasekara noted.
He added that police officers clad in both uniform and civil attire will engage in patrols to arrest such law offenders.
