The Special Salaries Commission which was appointed to rectify issues related to salaries in the Public Sector has submitted its report to President Maithripala Sirisena today (Nov 28).
The report was submitted by the Chairman of the Commission S.Ranukge when the officials of the commission called on the President at the Presidential Secretariat.

Former President Mahinda Rajapaksa is due to vacate his official residence at Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo this morning, a Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) source said.
