Sri Lanka rupee hits record low of 171.42 per dollar

The Sri Lankan rupee fell to an all-time low of 171.42 per dollar today, according to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.

The rupee closed at 169.80/90 per dollar on Wednesday.
