Strict action is to be taken against VIP vehicles which are found to breach motor traffic laws, DIG of Motor Traffic Ajith Rohana said.
Mr. Rohana pointed out that the law must be applied equally to both VIPs and ordinary people alike.
He also stated that the law was successfully enforced on two VIP vehicles which were involved in motor vehicle accidents very recently.
