A person has been arrested while attempting to smuggle foreign cigarettes worth Rs 600,000 today (Apr 08).
The arrest was carried out when the suspect had arrived from Dubai at the Bandaranaike International Airport.
Police officials at the airport have identified the suspect as a 54-year old businessman.
