A suspect has been arrested in Rathmalana with heroin worth Rs 7 million today (Jun 19).
Special Task Force (STF) personnel had seized 1.1 kilograms of the narcotic while the suspect was travelling in a vehicle.
The suspect has been identified as a 28-year old resident of Piliyandala.
STF suspect that the haul of heroin belongs to notorious drug racketeer 'Anju', police said.
