The Swiss embassy employee alleging abduction, detention and assault, arrived at the CID to make a statement for the fourth time since this alleged incident occurred late last month.
Yesterday, the travel ban imposed on the Swiss Embassy staffer was further extended until December 17.
Further, the Swiss Embassy Officer's lawyers requested court that should any further statements need to be recorded that the Criminal Investigations Department officers be directed to the Swiss Ambassador's residence.
However, the Colombo Chief Magistrate noted that as the Swiss Embassy and the Swiss Ambassador's residence come under Swiss law the request could not be considered.
In addition the Magistrate ordered that the Swiss Embassy staffer be produced to the JMO again for another report as well as be present for a psychiatric evaluation by a qualified panel.
Both reports are to be present to Court when the case is next taken up for hearing on December 17.
