Three SLAF personnel injured in grenade explosion

Three Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) personnel, including a female trainee, were injured and hospitalised following an explosion that took place during a training exercise at the SLAF Combat Training School in Diyathalawa this morning. 

A grenade had exploded during the training exercise, resulting in injuries being sustained by the female trainee and two instructors, Air Force Spokesman Group Captain Gihan Seneviratne said.
