Minister Navin Dissanayake yesterday (Feb 10) declared open a tube well to provide drinking water to the esate workers in Walpane, an area affected due to the drought.
The tube well was vested with the public under a series of tube well construction projects that are being carried out by the Ministry of Plantation Industries.
