A 20-year old was arrested for plotting the murder of an individual at Hikkaduwa in September .
The victim was shot by two unidentified gunmen who had arrived on a motorcycle on September 23.
The suspect has been identified as Imal Niluksha, a resident of Hikkaduwa.
He will be produced before the Galle Additional Magistrate today (Nov 9)
