Two corruption cases filed against Minister Johnston Fernando and two others have been postponed until January 20 by the Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court.
The order was issued after court heard that the Appeal Court had suspended hearings of these cases until January 20.
The syspects have been charged with utilising the services of 153 Co-operative Wholesale Establishment (CWE) employees for political activities between 2010 and 2014.
Former CWE Chairman Iraj Fernando, and former CWE Director (Operations) Mohamed Zakeer are the other suspects in the cases.
