Two boys drown after boat capsizes at the Kottukal lagoon
Two boys have drowned after a boat had capsized in the Kottukal lagoon today (Apr 17), police said.
The deceased have been identified as brothers aged 12 and 16. They are residents of Dematagoda, Colombo.
The remains of the siblings currently lie at the Pottuvil hospital, police noted.
