Two men have been nabbed with more than 850 fake gold coins in Anuradhapura.
Police said the suspects were trying to sell the coins for Rs 3 million, claiming they had been obtained from a treasure trove.
The suspects have been handed over to the Anuradhapura Police for further investigations.
