A Greek national and a Ukraine national who came in a merchant ship to Galle harbour on Friday (6) were reported positive for COVID, according to the office of Galle Director of Health Services.
They were subjected to a PCR test at the Devata Hotel in Galle where the seamen were staying till the departure of their ships and they were both reported positive for COVID.
They were transferred to Hamabantota Base Hospital for further treatment.
