A fuel station in Kothalawala, Kaduwela has been robbed by two unidentified individuals at around 8:30 pm yesterday (Apr 02).
The two individuals had arrived on a motorcycle wearing two full-face helmets and had fired gunshots into the air in order to threaten the employees.
The suspects had then stolen Rs 30,000 from the fuel station, police said, adding that no persons were injured in the incident.
Nawagamuwa police are investigating further into the theft.
