Two women have been nabbed with two kilos of a narcotic identified as 'Ice' worth Rs 25.4 million today (Oct 8).
Customs officials had apprehended the suspects at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) upon their return from Chennai, India.
The suspects have been identified as a mother aged 68 and her daughter, 34. They are residents of Wattala.
Further investigations are underway.
