Two youths who took obsence photographs on top of the Pidurangala rock have been identified, Sigiriya Police said
Investigations revealed that the youths were identified as residents of the Galewela and Kurunegala areas.
Police said a special police team was sent to arrest the two youths involved. They also noted that volunteers including groups on Facebook helped identify the youths.
A friend of the youths who published the photos said the photographs were published to increase the responses on their Facebook accounts.
