The United Kingdom (UK) Foreign and Commonwealth Office Minister of State, Hugo Swire called on President Maithripala Sirisena this afternoon at the Presidential Secretariat.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs Mangala Samaraweera was also present on the occasion.
