The United National Party (UNP) today said that they will challenge the President's gazette notification to dissolve Parliament, before the Supreme Court on Monday.
Addressing the media UNPers Harsha De Silva and Mangala Samaraweera reiterated their decision to do so by citing the President's move as "unconstitutional".
Meawhile, UNPer Mujibur Rahman said perhaps the President was making these decisions as he is suffering from a mental ailment.
