The bringing of water bottles into the premises of the Parliament has been banned from yesterday (Feb 08) owing to security reasons, Parliament officials said.
A parliament official said that the new regulation would be in effect to both outsiders and those employed in the Parliament.
He added that water supply is available across all areas within the parliamentary complex.
Accordingly, officials employed at the Parliamentary complex were not allowed to bring in water bottles into the premises yesterday.
