Western Provincial Councilor Amal Silva shot by gang in Ratmalana
Western Provincial councilor Amal Silva was injured and hospitalized after being shot at by a gang at Ratmalana on Thursday night, a Police spokesman said.
Hospital sources said he was out of danger.
