Wigneswaran takes over three ministerial portfolios

Northern Province Chief Minister C.V. Wigneswaran has taken over three ministerial portfolios of the Northern Provincial Council (NPC). Accordingly, the provincial ministries of Social Welfare, Rehabilitation and Women's Affairs have been taken over by the Chief Minister.

He was took oaths in these portfolios before Northern Province Governor Reginald Cooray.
