National Freedom Front (NFF) leader MP Wimal Weerawansa celebrated his 47th birthday in the Parliament complex yesterday with former President Mahinda Rajapaksa participating as the Chief Guest. MP Weerawansa’s wife, children and Joint Opposition MPs were also present.
Mr. Weerawnsa is in remand custody on charges of abusing vehicles by allocating them to family and friends.
