Western Province Governor Azath Salley has called for a report on unauthorised pavement hawkers and three-wheeler stands in Colombo.
Mr. Salley said that he would take necessary measures to remove such unauthorised stands after the report is submitted to him.
The operation will take place under a special project to beautify the Colombo District, he added.
The Governor also pointed out that the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium would undergo refurbishment.
