The Bauddhaloka Vesak festival for 2567 A.B. would be conducted by the All Ceylon Buddhist Congress for the 22nd time. 

In addition to decorating the road from Borella Cemetery junction to Thummulla as usual, the Congress would also decorate upto Galle Face and Bambalapitiya. 
 
The festival activities would start on May 5 and continue until May 8, marked by sil programs, worshipping of relics, Bhakti Geetha, digital pandols, art exhibitions, Buddhist sermons and dansal. 
 
A special event would be the Sadhu Nadha Sila program, with the participation of 3000 children and more than 5000 devotees in front of the Presidential Office.
