A contingent of 12 athletes left for China on Saturday (22) to participate at the first and second legs of the Asian Grand Prix.
Sri Lanka will be represented by seven men and five women at the two events where athletes from 40 countries are set to participate.
The first leg of the Asian GP will be held in Xinhua on Monday (24) followed by the second leg in Jinxing on Thursday (27).
The third and final leg will be held in the International Stadium in Chinese Taipei.
