Dinuka Karunaratne had to battle out Murad Ali in the Men's Singles tie before recording a 2-0 win -- 21-18 and 21-17.
The third tie, Women's Singles, was claimed by Pakistan, as Mahoor Shahzad defeated Madushika Dilrukshi 2-0 -- 21-14 and 21-18 -- to claim her team's solitary win.
Buwaneka Goonathilleka and Sachin Dias paired up to beat Murad Ali and Irfan Bhatti 2-0 in the Men's Double with scores reading 21-11 and 21-14.
Thilini Hendahewa and Kavindi Sirimannage recorded a comfortable 2-0 win against Mahoor Shahzad and Palwasha Bashir in the Women's Doubles, the final tie of the match.
