The Travel Trade Sports Club (TTSC) will be quite busy during the month of November, as they will be conducting three tournaments, namely the Swimming Championships, the Softball Cricket Sixes and the Hardball Cricket Sixes. The Swimming championship comes first on Saturday (21) at the Thurstan College Pool commencing 2.00pm. The postponed Softball Cricket Sixes will be held the very next day, Sunday (22) at the Shalika and D.S. Senanayake College grounds, commencing 8.00am. The Hardball Cricket Sixes will be held on Saturday (28) at the BRC grounds, commencing 8.30am. The TTSC has already completed their Bowling, Badminton, Carrom, Archery and Pool tournaments. The Table Tennis Tournament is scheduled to be held on December 5 at S. Thomas’ College Indoor Stadium. In the pipeline are the Beach Tag Rugby at Mt. Lavinia, Beach Volleyball at Club Bentota and the Soccer Sevens. The TTSC Ball 2015, the Gala Dinner Dance 2015 was held on 24th October at the Kingsbury which was a tremendous success and once again became the talk of the town.
