De Silva and N. Ranga shot 3 under par 68 to take pole positions of one and two in the leader board with totals of 206 and 208 respectively.
B.A. Sanjeewa following closely kept himself in contention with a par 71 and total 210 to show why he was number one in 2017 rankings.
The experienced Amarapathma slipped a bit to shoot a 2 over par 73 but is good enough to take the fourth spot on 212 while Sisira Kumara maintained even par 71 to remain in the top 5 but 7 strokes behind the leader and RCGC Club Champion Sachin.
