CH and FC ‘B’ beat Old Anandians SC by 4-3 on penalties in the final of the Mercantile Division ‘B’ Hockey Championship played at the Astro Turf in Torrington, Colombo.
The full time ended 1-1 after Hasitha Lakruwan scored for Old Anandians off a penalty corner in the 18th minute and Duncan Devendra equalizing in the 24th minute for CH and FC.
The second hand ended scoreless and the game was decided on a penalty shootout where CH and FC took the advantage by 4-3.
