Speedster Tim Southee and opener Brendon McCullum dished out brilliant performances to help New Zealand thrash England by 8 wickets in a Pool A match of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 played at Wellington today (20). Electing to bat first England were shot out for 123 runs as Southee captured seven wickets while McCullum smashed 77 off 25 deliveries, including eight fours and seven sixes to help New Zealand reach 125/2 with 226 deliveries to spare. Southee was declared the man-of-the-match.
