Shardul Thakur will made his ODI debut for India, who has called in Kuldeep Yadav and Manish Panday.
The visitors have rested Kedar Jadhav, Yuzvendar Chahal and Bhuvaneshwar Kumar.
For Sri Lanka Dilshan Munaweera and Malinga Pushpakumara will make their ODI debuts with Wanindu Hasaranga coming in as their third change, in place of Chamara Kapugedara, Dinesh Chandimal and Duhsmantha Chameera.
