Rugby: Mercantile 7s on July 22, 23 and 24
The Mercantile Rugby Football Association (MRFA) will conduct its 46th edition of the Mercantile Rugby 'Sevens' on July 22, 23 and 24 , at the CR&FC Grounds, Longdon Place, Colombo 7.
Entries are invited from Mercantile Firms affiliated to MRFA which can be obtained from Mahesh Wijayanayake – 0777 281071, Shanaka Fernando – 0712 302311 and Mindika Jayasinghe – 0773 360031.
In the previous tournament held on July 10, 11 and 12 last year at the same venue, MAS Holdings 'A' retained the 'Cup' Championship for the third successive year.
Dialog Axiata 'A' won the 'Plate', John Keells 'B' won the 'Bowl' and Kanrich Finance won the 'Shield'.
