Current Head Coach of St. Joseph's College, Nilfer Ibrahim, has been appointed the Sri Lanka Under-20 7s Rugby coach.
The former Kingswood College, Kandy SC, Navy SC and Sri Lanka player, Ibrahim has successful stints as a coach with Dharmaraja College, Trinity College, Isipathana College and his present appointment at St. Joseph's College.
St. Joseph's College won the Singer Schools Rugby 7s Championship last weekend under his guidence.
He also coached club teams Hambantota Sharks, Navy SC, Army SC in the Dialog Division 'A' Inter-Club League and Knockout Championships and this season he will take over CR&FC.
Ibrahim has earlier coached the Sri Lanka Under-20 15s and 7s teams.
