As expected India swept the board at the second Asian Sepaktakraw Championship concluded at the St. Joseph's Indoor Stadium in Colombo last weekend.
India dominated the championship as they won all the championships - Women's Doubles, Women's Regu, Men's Regu, and Men's Doubles event with ease.
In the Women's doubles preliminary rounds Indians beat Nepal 2-0, Pakistan 2-0 and Sri Lanka 2-0 while Nepal beat Pakistan 2-0 and Sri Lanka 2-0 and Sri Lanka had to be satisfied with only one victory over Pakistan 2-0.
Indian women continuing their prowess in the Regu event by defeating Nepal, Pakistan and India and Nepal beating Pakistan and Sri Lanka and Sri Lanka trounced Pakistan.
In the Men's events Indians had no difficulty in winning the Regu and Doubles events defeating Nepal in both events.

1st semi-final: Nepal beat Bangladesh 2-0 (21-6, 21-8)
2nd semi-final: India beat Pakistan 2-0 (21-13, 21-7)
Finals: India beat Nepal 2-0 (21-13, 21-8)
Men's Doubles
1st semi-final: India beat Pakistan 2-0 (21-13, 21-9)
2nd semi-final: Nepal beat Sri Lanka 2-0 (21-5, 21-9)
Finals: India beat Nepal 2-0 (21-16, 21-14)
