Mohamed Fahim, the reigning Sri Lanka Snooker champion, will represent the country at the forthcoming World Snooker Championship, which will be held in Myanmar.
Fahim, of Moors Sports Club, won his maiden national title at the recently concluded 66th National Snooker Championship.
He finished off with an unbeaten run while beating top contenders and favourites, namely, S.H.M. Aslam, Sujeewa Pushpakumara, Mohamed Thasleem, Mohamed Ashiq and Mohamed Isham.
