Sri Lanka's top ranked wheelchair tennis player, Gamini Dissanayake won the Men's Singles event at the Westend Wheelchair Tennis Championship held in Belgium.
Partnering with Upali Rajakaruna, Dissanayake gave Sri Lanka a double win when they clinched the Men's Doubles title to sign off the competition in a high note.
Dissanayake beat Rubin Spargin of Holland in straight set, 6-0 and 6-4, to win the final comfortably by 2-0.
In the semi-finals he beat Belgium's Jeff Vandorf 2-0 to reach the final.
Earlier in the quarter-finals he overcame fellow compatriot Rajakaruna 2-0, after recording 6-4 and 6-3 wins in each sets.
In the Men's Doubles final Dissanayake and Rajakaruna paired up to beat Belgium's Ivan Kindt and Holland's Rubin Spargin 2-0, 7-5 and 6-3.
