Sri Lanka Tennis Association (SLTA) released its annual domestic tournament calendar for 2017 with 13 competitions included.
Besides its three major competitions, the SLTA has included five outstation tournaments to be held in Nuwara Eliya, Bandarawela, Negombo, Kandy and Kurunegala.
SLTA's three major tournaments are the SSC Open, the Colombo Championships and the National Championship which are rated in the Super 'A' category.
The SLTA Domestic Calendar for 2017:
January 27 to February 10: Tamil Union Tournament (B Grade)
March 3 to 12: Otters Tournament (B Grade)
April 8 to 12: Hill Club Tournament in Nuwara Eliya (B Grade)
April 15 to 19: Bandarawela Tournament (B Grade)
April 28 to May 14: SSC Open (A Grade)
May 26 to June 11: 102nd Colombo Championship (Super A Grade)
June 30 to July 8: Negombo TC Open (B Grade)
August 4 to 20: Junior Sri Lanka Nationals (Super A Grade)
August 10 to 20: 102nd Sri Lanka Nationals (Super A Grade)
August 25 to September 1: Kandy Tournament (C Grade)
November 24 to December 3: Women’s International Club Tournament (C Grade)
November 27 to December 6: Mercantile Tennis Tournament
December 2 to 10: Janaka Bogollagama Memorial Tournament in Kurunegala (B Grade)
