Defending champions Royal College, defeated St. Joseph's College 18-13 after an intensive battle in a Singer Schools Under-19 League Rugby Championship match played at Havelock Park today (6).
Royal led the halftime by 10-7 and went on to score from two tries, a conversion and two penalties, while playing defensive game.
League title contenders, St. Joseph's, threatened Royal at possible chances, but failed eventually, thus ending up with a tally of a converted try and two penalties.
