Isipathana College bounced back to defeat a spirited Dharamaraja College outfit by 18-12 as the defending champions kicked off the Singer Schools Under-20 League Rugby season with a resounding win at the Bogambara Stadium in Kandy on Sunday (26).
Dharmaraja led the halftime by 7-3 but were outplayed in the second half by Isipathana, who sealed an important win.
Isipathana scored from three unconverted tries and a penalty while Dharmaraja scored from two tries and a conversion.
